Ivan has a wonderful temperament—kind, biddable, and people-friendly. He is sensitive to his handler in a positive way, eager to please, and responsive to guidance. His basic obedience has been started, giving him a solid foundation and making him a great candidate for continued training at whatever level his future home chooses.
He is curious about the world and confident in new environments, with a friendly, open demeanor around people in public. Ivan enjoys engagement and structure and thrives when he has a job, whether that’s training, hiking, daily routines, or simply being an involved companion. He is not pushy or reactive, but rather a thoughtful, cooperative young dog who enjoys working alongside his person. He has also been started in footstep tracking and shown methodical work processes.
